What is Stagtis?

Can I trust Stagtis?

Stagtis is run by a small team who believes in genuine business. We are strongly against practices that undermine users, such selling your personal information, or using payment details for anything other than your exact purchase. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

How do I order?

Simply click onto the product you're interested in from any of our collections and click the 'Add to cart' button if you'd like to purchase later or group the product with others in the cart. If you'd like to purchase immediately simply click the 'Buy it now' button and follow the steps through the checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. These and more can be seen below the footer.

Are my payment and personal details safe and secure?

Our checkout uses SSL encryption to make sure your payment and personal information will not be intercepted. Your payment information is used for nothing more than taking your payment.

Are there any taxes or additional fees?

Tax is included within the price of all products. There is free shipping on all products. This means the carbon neutral and tree planting aspect are also free. As you can read in the 'Pricing and Currencies Section' on this page, the conversion fee when using currencies other than USD will be added after purchasing. These tend to be very slight. Therefore there are no additional fees on top of the actual product cost apart from conversion fees.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does order processing take?

The vast majority of orders are processed within 1-3 days. Information including a tracking code will be sent to the email you use to purchase a product.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times varies between products. smaller products may come as soon as 6 days after processing, and all products will be delivered within 15 days at the very latest. Please contact us through our 'Contact Us' page under 'Extras' in the header if delivery takes any longer.

Will I receive shipping confirmation?

You will receive confirmation via E-mail after purchasing any product. Make sure to check your spam folders or any other places it could be. If you haven't received anything in your E-mail, please contact us through our 'Contact Us' page under 'Extras' in the header, so we can confirm your order.

ORDER TRACKING AND HISTORY

Can I track my orders?

You can track your order by following the instructions in our 'Tracking' page in the header.

How can i see my order details?

You can see past orders if you have an account with us through your profile in the header. This will include information like time ordered, payment status and fulfillment. If you don't have an account, every order you make sends a confirmation email directly to the inbox you enter at checkout with similar details. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

What are your return and refund policies?

We offer a 14 day return and refund policies on all products. This is to say 14 days after the product has arrived. Please see our 'Refund Policy' page from the footer. You can contact us through our 'Contact Us' page under 'Extras' in the header to request a refund or turn manually if you are having any issues.

What is your replacement policy?

If there is a genuine problem with you're order causing you to require a replacement, Please contact us through our 'Contact Us' page in the header and we will discuss a replacement for you.

How are pricing and offers decided?

We aim to offer fair prices at Stagtis so that our products are accessible. Offers and promotions will always be consistent with the current seasons and events throughout the year.

Can I pay using other currencies?

All currencies are accepted on our store. The base currency of USD on our store will automatically be converted to the currency of your region so that you can pay in your currency. A very slight fee is associated with this after purchase.
